Dennis was able to begin installing a new AC unit and a new furnace, including the fabricated metalwork for the ducts, in a very timely fashion, and he ensured that good quality components were used, he is very good at explaining the whole process and what needed to be done, how he would do it, and how long it would take. Very nice and personable, professional and knowledgeable.
