“We had a sewer line that was clogged and backing up into our basement. I had one plumber who came and snaked the line but recommended I have the line water jetted. They quoted me about $1000 for the jetting. A week after they snaked the line we were backed up again.I contacted a rotorooting company who gave me an estimate of $600.00 for jetting. They came out for about 10 min and refused to jet or snake the line unless a clean out was put in, and they charged me $90.00. Needless to say i was frustrated.I contacted James from JKC he answered right away and came out the next day to check out the issue. He ran a camera through the line and recommended a clean out be put in the yard in addition to having the lines jetted. It wasn't cheap about $2700.00. I paid the money and James did the work, and I am pleased with the new clean out, and sewer line is clear.Throughout this process I called at least 10 different plumbing companies, many of which were not helpful in the least, and several never even returned my call. I will say JKC WILL answer your call and he WILL be there to help you. I highly recommend you contact JKC for your plumbing needs.“

“I called Naugle 1 hour and 9 minutes ago, and in that time, Koreigh was able to come out, diagnose our AC issue, fix it, show me a few helpful things for planning ahead, and left already!

They were super helpful on the phone; and were able to squeeze me in as Koreigh had gotten back from another job early, and had another one booked later.

Super thankful for them; I know it's their job, but the stress (of potential costs) and discomfort (from the heat and humidity) had me a bit worried about how long it might take to get repaired and the cost involved.

Obviously the repair was quick and great, and the cost seemed more than fair and reasonable to me.

They'll definitely be my first call for any HVAC issue in the future.“
