These guys are awesome, very kind & genuine people, not trying to rip anyone off. I went to a few other shops in the area trying to find someone to to do a code scan on my car & was told it would be an hour of labour. These guys here at Guaranteed Muffler, not only cleared and checked the codes for me but also checked the oil & stuff for free as well. Very kind hearted people. They are like a family here & treat everyone who walks in that door the same.

I've been using Guaranteed Muffler for the past two years. Even after moving to Kalamazoo, I still make the drive because finding a trustworthy auto repair shop is really important, especially as a women. Nikita and Sue have always treated me with respect and have been totally upfront about all my car repairs.
What I really appreciate is that they take the time to explain everything to me in a way that makes sense, even if I'm not familiar with all the car jargon. They go the extra mile to make sure I understand what's going on with my car, which builds a lot of trust.

Excellent service! Did an absolutely fantastic job replacing my brake pads and rotors. Very affordable prices also! I would highly recommend Guaranteed Complete Auto Service for general/basic auto repairs anyday.
