“I scheduled an appointment for Gel X nails and I was a new customer. They called the day before and asked if they could reschedule as someone was out ill. When schedules couldn’t align the young man said, “you know don’t worry, come in when you’re scheduled.” I arrived to a fairly quiet salon with a few clients. I was welcomed into the beautiful space and helped instantly. Soon two parties came in and all of a sudden Tracy (owner) and her staff were helping us all as a well orchestrated team.Everyone was very friendly and courteous and my nails turned out beautifully! I never felt rushed or squeezed in and guest and staff were all chatting together. What a wonderful experience! I highly recommend!“
