“I would give Cousino a Ten Star rating if I could! Earlier this week I awoke to flickering lights and a furnace that would not run correctly. Within an hour of leaving a message at the office, I was contacted to arrange a service appointment. Kyle contacted me when I was told he would; he showed up on time and diagnosed the issue within a matter of minutes and provided an estimate. I was impressed with his professionalism and his manners, as he took care to always slip shoe covers over his boots before coming into my house. Kyle and his assistant worked steadily through the afternoon, and before nightfall, my electrical issue was resolved, and I once again had a warm, cozy home. I will call no other electrician!“

“James was great. I submitted a request for a quote via our local directory for an appointment to examine a circuit breaker that kept tripping when we turned on a lamp in our living room. James called me within a couple of hours to get some more details and a picture of the breaker box and texted me a detailed quote shortly after. So I set up an appointment for a Saturday morning. -- he was prompt and very friendly, appeared to be very thorough in his examination of the box and the outlets (he got my money's worth out of the hourly fee), and explained what he thought the issue was and the potential fixes. I took his suggestion, and so far, so good! I highly recommend James and his team!“

They made my life very easy for the fab and delivery. Their flexibility was extraordinary. They were able to make changes, quickly and efficiently. Communication was excellent. They provided great suggestions for improvements. They accommodated moving shipping targets bc I wanted them to deliver at the worst possible time and in a snowstorm. Why make it easy?
