“Tony (co-owner) came to my home to provide an estimate for cleaning smoke damage. He arrived on time and even called me from the road to advise that he might be a few minutes late due to traffic. Tony was very helpful and suggested we contact our insurance company as the work to be completed would most probably be covered under our homeowner's policy (he was aware that his company would probably not be contracted to perform the cleaning but he put our needs over gaining our business). We did contact our insurance company and ended up using the company they had already approved. But, in the event we ever need cleaning help again, I would not hesitate to contact The Cleaning Genie.
