Jake is amazing. Being over 40 I thought getting back into shape and losing weight would be difficult. With Jake’s guidance and support I am in the best shape of my life. The nutrition plan is easy to follow and the workouts are great! There are always modifications. Everyone supports each other and I look forward to going as often as my schedule allows.

I signed up for the free class, not planning on joining because I already had a membership to a gym I belonged to for many years and thought I’d never leave. After the first class, I loved it and instantly knew I was going to join.The coaches and members are inspiring! I look forward to walking through the door, even before the sun comes up and always feel amazing when I leave. Making the switch to A1 was hands down the best decision!
