Naugle really went above and beyond helping my aging parents. When my parents had issues with their newish furnace that had been installed by another company, Naugle discovered the other company had actually installed the wrong size furnace (and thus the wrong air conditioner.) Knowing my parents needed heat right away and having to replace the furnace and ac so soon was unexpected, Naugle came right out and took care of everything. Along with being empathetic and professional, Naugle has also been extremely kind, patient, and gracious with my elderly parents, and for that, we are grateful.

I called first thing Monday morning, and they were out within a couple hours, quickly diagnosed my furnace problem and had it back up and running within an hour. Very professional, prompt, courteous, reasonable and efficient!

Such a great business! Our furnace has been acting up and Naugle has been out twice to help us with our issues. Both times they came out in under an hour - so appreciated in this cold weather and with having a newborn.
