Sad, just purchased the Annual pass and they close the doors no warning....looks like not even paying the water bill. Side note- the girls who work there are great with customer service.

The website says they’re open at nine on Saturday. I get here and there’s a sign on the door that they’re open at 10 on Saturday now I’m sitting outside. It’s almost quarter after 10 and nobody is there. I’m going to go try the door again but I’ve never seen anybody walk in or come out so maybe I’m delusional. What kind of a business and what is this world coming to when you can’t even get what you paid for?

Best experience ever. The girl at the counter Ashley was amazing and helping me with anything I needed. It was my first time so I didn’t know what to do and she helped me. Thank you 5 stars.
