This place has just gone down hill. Since 2016. Whenever they are actually open when I stop by I will be canceling my membership! Figure out how to run and operate a business and staff adequately.

The owners of Malibu are the absolute worst humans I’ve ever met. They treat their employees and customers like absolute garbage. They’re always randomly closed because their employees don’t show up. The turnover rate is insane because of their poor business practices. It’s just overall one of the worst businesses I think I’ve ever encountered. The services they provide and products are nice…other than that, I’d never recommend this business and they don’t deserve a penny.

The young Ladies that work their are very professional, helpful & friendly. I've been going their for over a year with overall positive experience. I will say in that time There has been 3 managers & with the MOST RECENT a SHARP DECLINE in QUALITY in Service.Management changed the hours for the summer making it virtually impossible for my husband & I to tan after work as they close by 6pm. Which is quite frustrating considering how much we pay monthly to tan! The tanning products & extending lotions are rarely available for purchase despite repeated asking for them.
