The alteration services for suits have also been discontinued. On a positive note, the menswear department has recently been updated, which many customers are eager to explore. The store was clean and organized despite being under construction. Staff were present, professional, and helpful. This location has a good selection of big and tall items. I am usually able to find my husband's shirt size, which is not easy to do in most stores because he must have a tall.
Trying to shop in the men's department is a real challenge with dress shirts scattered about. Different brands and styles mixed together. No one around to assist. No longer offer alterations on suits. With the holiday season coming up, it's about to get worse. A real shame.
On a recent trip, I noticed that the menswear department has been completely updated. Didn't have time on this visit but will return soon. Happy to see the change.
JCPenney always has a great selection of clothing, shoes and other accessories. The home and lifestyle section is also fully stocked with everything you would ever need. They have a wide selection of jewelry, although I've never purchased any of those items. If you watch for the sales you can get some good discounts.
