“Rabee saved my son's life; not really, but he sure helped us out!!! My son fell into the lake with his phone and then watched it as the screen slowly died on him. I wasn't sure where to go and found Wireless Marketplace with a quick Google search. They were close and I've driven by them many times. Parking was easy (just off Telegraph, behind the store front) and entrance was in the back. As soon as we entered the store we were greeted and asked how they could help us (that's key for a small business). We were never made to feel as though we were dumb because of what we did and never made to feel as though we should buy a new phone instead. The prices were more than fair and Rabee had a great sense of humor with my son too. He kept us aware of what he found and how long it would take and even replaced a bad part without charging us. He's a cool guy and awesome at customer service. With so many other places you can go to spend your money, I'm voting with my wallet in the future and going to see Rabee the next time I need a new phone or a repair on one. Thanks a ton Rabee!!!! Rabee did it once again. This time it was my phone that he brought back to life. The display was dead and when he opened it up he show me the corrosion inside too. He gave me a deal on both the display and a new battery.
