Great staff and customer service! Brandon was a big help but we ended up working more with Amanda and she was super. We had a hard time deciding on the right floor but she went out of her way with suggestions and lots of samples, she definitely knew her stuff!
We HIGHLY recommend her and Brandon too. Great job...LLFlooring!

Excellence in service and product. The young lady took the extra time to look into my transaction and solved an issue that I didn't even know I had. Great job. Don't go to the Ypsilant store if you are having a bad day. The guy behind the counter will only make it worse.

Very a good experience with the store ln taylor. Great customer service had to return a floor no problems getting taken care of the employees are extremely helpful in friendly love. Both the new floors. I believe all of the floors and our house are from there now. Thank you so much.
