We like working with Kaltec because they notify us when they are on their way and always arrive early in the time window given. Their work is very professional and the technicians are knowledgeable and courteous.

The only reason I gave them a four stars is the technicians, they were super nice, doing their best with the tools they have. However there company needs to buy them better equipment to do their job, I was a little surprised by the equipments they used. Kaltec needs to invest and upgrade their equipment.

Excellent service, I called at 5pm on a Thursday during a heat wave because my A/C was non operational and a technician was at my house by 6:30pm with completion of work by 7:30pm!!! This was after another (big name) company informed me they would be out within 2 weeks.
