Today was the second time in 4 years that I have used this urgent care. It was a great visit, they were quick, thorough and compassionate. I will always choose this urgent care if the need arises.
I am new to Michigan and have not yet established a new doctor(s). I was very pleasantly surprised with BUC. They were able to see with a few minutes of my arrival. I did make an appointment, which is an awesome option. The suite was very clean, the staff was so helpful and super nice. The doctor was great and provided me with information so that I can find a new doctor - she didn't need to do that, but very kindly printed out info for me to take with me. Great experience! I highly recommend this office.
It's an urgent care so we expected the wait, but the staff was super friendly and helpful. Dom at the front desk was helpful with the paperwork, and Sam was great with my son and getting his vitals even though he was running around like crazy.
