“I had used Sol Con (Dave) for an insulation job in my previous home about 20 years ago. He did a great job then and did a great job now on my current home. I had kept his receipt because he really was exceptional; he responded promptly for an estimate, prices were fair and reasonable and he showed up when he said he would. I haven't had a more reliable contractor than Dave. We noticed a difference in the temperature in our home the same day. Dave's grandson helps him on some of the jobs. His grandson was so pleasant, polite and a hard worker. A true asset to Dave's business. “I had my siding replaced and this company did a fantastic job overall at a great price. The siding was placed quickly and with precision, with care taken to add some extra touches that I really appreciated. The only critiques I have are that it took a while to get the materials in, which is understandable during a pandemic, but I wasn't kept up to date on when they might come in or when the job would be started. It also took 2 weeks to get the extra materials removed from my yard (longer than it act took to put the siding up), and my front porch light wasn't reconnected correctly.“
