I have 2 dutch shepherds. My female competes in agility, scent, shed hunt, barn hunt and dock diving. She's so awesome I decided I needed another....lol. He is now 2.5 years old. He has been through Ob and some Rally but he's too much dog for these. I ran across Jeff's place on a PSA site and looked into him. His approach was different than other trainers I've worked with. My boy OzZinEke really likes him and enjoys going. At the moment we are doing private lessons to work out "bugs" in his behavior. Through these and doing our work once home I am seeing huge improvements in him. We have a long way to go but look forward to our journey. The thing I like about Jeff is he explains stuff. He doesn't make you feel like you have no clue (even though I feel this way) there's a welcoming sense when you go to work with him. Best of all he seems to truly love what he does and stays on topic while in the private training session. I drive close to an hour and half and would highly recommend him to others who are having any issuses with their dog.
Jeff and Anna were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. From the first consultation, they instilled so much confidence in their skills. We left our doggo for a two week board and training and she came back so well trained. I am shocked at how much they accomplished with her and our family is so grateful for how much improvement we’ve seen in our sweet lab. Anna was so responsive the whole time our dog was with them and provided several updates throughout the week. Anna stopped by our house to drop of Lola and gave us a quick recap as well as tips and tricks to keep the training going. Dog training is pricey, period. Anna and Jeff helped us see this as an investment, and it was completely worth it!
My wife Ursula and I found Canine Co-Pilot Dog Training on FB. We wanted to make the next advanced steps with our German Shepherds Lenus and Einstein. During the first introduction training Jeff explained the milestones of his training. He demonstrated this with his advanced German Shepherd. Then we were surprised, after he took our dog Lenus to correct some mistakes from our demonstration, that Lenus followed him with full focus after couple of minutes as they both knew each other for years. Lenus is very attached to Ursula, so all other people had issues to hold him, not to mention that he listened to them. The training with Jeff is all time a pleasure. His training is based on learning with fun for dog and owner within a relaxed atmosphere. He clearly explains the next steps, goals and how to exercise at home. Jeff is very detail oriented, but you never feel pressure and have fun to train. Jeff explains the reaction of the dog by explaining the dog's body language and has all times a solution based upon his immense experience. The training includes Obedience, Tracking, Protection and a come together with members on weekends. There is boarding available as well. Anna and Jeff recently achieved 1st places in USP3 and USP1 with their dogs. We are happy to have met this couple and have a structured and fun training to achieve the next level of dog training. Lenus and Einstein are already showing a positive impact. Lenus is focusing and concentrated. Einstein was very skeptical in the beginning and is now much more open and enthusiastic during the training. We highly recommend Co-Pilot Training with Anna and Jeff if you want to make the next high advancement step together with your dog.
