Outstanding! Had no hot water and called to see when someone could be out to take a look at our water heater and had a very compassionate individual take my information to get back to me. She did get back to me moments later and within 2 hours there was a technician at our door. He checked out the situation and although he didn't have a part, he thought he had one back at the office. He returned in less than an hour and installed our new thermostat. No one goes out of their way like that anymore...well, I guess I can't say no one because Hagadorn did! Highly recommend these folks for enything mechanical.

Hagadorn recently replaced our furnace, air conditioner and installed a heating/cooling unit in our three season (now four season) room. Great service and communication throughout the entire process. The installers arrived on time each day and were very knowledgable about the equipment. Office staff was very professional; followed through with any questions/concerns and helped with all the rebates. Wonderful company!
