Jeff Alexander and WMR did a GREAT job! I called four local roofing companies to get a quote on my home. Three responded and 2 showed up at our scheduled time to see the job and prepare an estimate. One of the two never provided an estimate, but Jeff Alexander from West MI Roofing was prompt, always available to answer questions and gave a very fair estimate. The crew who did the roof did a wonderful job. They were very polite and respectful. They cleaned up afterwards and did such a great job on clean up you couldn't tell they had even been there except for the fact that I have a new roof. I had someone from West Michigan come out to give me a quote for a new roof. The guy was nice and seemed like he knew what he was doing. He told me he’d send me a quote by the end of the week. The end of that week he sent me pictures of the roof and said he’d still get the quote to me. Three weeks later he calls me asking if I still need a quote. Nope I’m good, I went with a company who actually wants my business.
