Terrible service the people there were extremely rude over the phone and closed an hour earlier then they were supposed to on Saturday forcing me to leave my car there over the weekend charging me a storage fee when I can’t even get the car out. On top of all that they have a lot of stupid fees that add up just to get the car out.

i listen to them change a customer more money due he was disable and i told them that was wrong and they told me to leave if i dont like it . watch out for them and watch your love ones who go to get there car

Zero stars keep away use anyone else tried to get a car out with a notarized letter they had a sign up they accept notarized letters once I came back the employee riped the sign off the wall and would not release by michigan law have to release veichle, they just want the extra days storage fees, the employee in the picture is the problem
