Zero stars keep away use anyone else tried to get a car out with a notarized letter they had a sign up they accept notarized letters once I came back the employee riped the sign off the wall and would not release by michigan law have to release veichle, they just want the extra days storage fees, the employee in the picture is the problem

Horrible people one of the worst customer service I wouldn't this in my entire life. They scam people in charge prices that are outrageous. The guy that works there was one of the least honest people I ever met, he charge me the price that he wanted and change the price based on his own mood. He demanded cash so he can take the money and put it in his pocket. There's no people work or any approve of the price breakdown. My car was damaged by the first incompetent tow truck driver who blew up both of my tires and costing me thousands of dollars they made me pay for two trucks as the first guy was not able to pull my car being so incompetent, when the second guy came he...read full review
