Always a smooth experience with ThermoPros! Excellent service from start to finish. Had a new unit installed couple years ago with no issues to date. Had them come out today for preventive maintenance check and John went out of his way and reviewed it all with me. Quick fix on a 1996 humidifier and good to go.

John arrived on time, was pleasant and professional, and attended to our furnace right away. He found the problem, explained it to me in clear and concise terms, and offered options for getting it repaired. He had to leave to get a part, but returned quickly, and completed the task efficiently.Angie (she setup the appointment and kept me updated) was also very professional and pleasant, and made sure I understood the time window for when the technician would arrive.Service: Heating system repair
