“I discovered this gem several months ago and wish I knew about them sooner. The two owners are the sweetest, most accommodating ladies ever. They are so skilled and can make any alterations requested, even on very short notice. I bought a dress I liked but there were certain things I didn't like about it. They knew exactly what to do to make it into a dream dress, things I wouldn't have thought of. Most impressive, my daughter-in-law needed some work done on her bustle. She took it to a different place twice and didn't like the way it came out. These ladies made it perfect. At her fitting, they didn't like something about it and made the alterations right on spot so we can take it with us immediately. Not only are they skilled at their craft but their customer service is impeccable. You get all of this at a great value. I recommend EVERYONE to go there.“

“I took 2 dresses into Kim's to get the waist taken in. The service on the first visit was awesome, so fast, and easy. Kim told me exactly what she would do and answered all the questions I had! We set the pick up date and on the date I came in and she instantly knew what I was there for, I tried the dresses on and they were perfect! Exactly what I was wanting! “Did an extremely good job on a leather coat that had water damage from a roof leak that was going on for a long period of time. when he took on the job he explained that although he could not guarantee do to the amount of water / dirt staining that he would try and he thought it would come out. . To my surprise the jacket came back looking new. They did an excellant job of cleaning and you can not tell of where the water damage was at. Very caring place and obviously they take their job seriously. I would recommend this place to anybody.“

“I have been coming to this cleaner for many years and it's the only place I trust with my high end clothing items. It is the only place I trust to clean my Canada Goose and Moose knuckle parkas. My wool coat has buckles on the bottom of the sleeves that cannot be removed and the owner makes sure to the plastic parts before dry cleaning it so that the small details do not get ruined. I also have a cashmere sweater with leather elbow details. The owner managed to dry clean it without ruining the leather. She let me know a head of time that there was possibility the leather could be damaged but would take every precaution to prevent it. She left the choice to me. It came back clean and in perfect condition. I will continue to give my business to them and I highly recommend them to friends.“

She simply asked for the image to be put on a thumb drive, and she would have no issues putting the design on my baseball cap. Stacy did a fantastic job recreating the hat for me. It was done the same day, and the price was more than reasonable. And she's very professional and friendly! I highly recommend this shop for any embroidery projects you need done. I plan on coming back to this shop for any hats I need embroidered.“
