Everyone was so nice..the operators and the girls in the Boutique. We called around for pricing because we have a large family, and with the free 30 day guarantee Rapunzel's had the best offer. 159 for the older kids and adults, 139 for the little ones. I brought my daughter here after she picked up lice at school. She has very long and thick hair, and the over the counter treatment I purchased wasn't taking too well, and I had a really hard time trying to comb everything out. Theresa was exceptionally helpful when I called - I was beyond overwhelmed and in tears. She reassured me and got us in the next day. Aubrey was very skilled and combed all of the nastiness out. Although I did not have lice (she checked me, too), she treated me as well at my request and reassured me that all she saw during the combing was dandruff.
