John’s Plumbing came to help us with a back up in our basement drain and toilet. They graciously came out ahead of schedule on a Sunday. We used a Big Name plumber company a few weeks prior costing us $400- for maybe 15 mins of work, only to be told that the Big Name plumber had to come back to use a hydro jet for an additional $1200 to clear our line of roots.John’s Plumbing came out after them this weekend- John and his team worked for about two hours and got our line cleared. They worked very hard and spoke honestly about what we needed to do moving forward to maintain our homes plumbing. Showed up after hours on my schedule. On time. I experienced a problem with the water heater I had purchased, and he waited while I went to exchange it, then knocked out the job in good time. Down to earth, hard working man.Service: Water heater repair
