Rafal came out exactly when promised and had a great and affordable selection of quality carpet from which to choose. The carpet was installed less than 48 hours later and is gorgeous. After reading the other posts I went to look for the seams and could not even find where they were. Prompt, quick, affordable, everyone was so pleasant to work with. Sorry the other reviewers had a negative experience, but I can't say enough nice things about this whole experience. Thank you!
