Our furnace went out on a Sunday, and A Plus was able to squeeze us in, which we truly appreciated. Miron came out and was extremely kind and helpful, especially considering it was a Sunday. He actually helped us last year as well, and once again provided great service.
Our furnace appeared to have burned out due to recent power outages. Miron explained everything clearly and recommended a surge protector to prevent this from happening again, letting us know we could also consult an electrician if we wanted. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the needed part that day, so the repair had to wait until Monday. (No big deal, it’s a Sunday, so completely understandable)

Henry (Joe) was great. He was able to quickly find out what was happening even though there was no service light indication to the issue. Also gave me a couple non obvious tips to help keep my furnace running for as long as possible
Truly an A plus company! My furnace stopped working on a Friday late afternoon, when I called A Plus it was after hours, since it was not a very cold weekend, I took the first available appointment on Monday - 8:30 am. Joe arrived at about 8:45 am and I showed him the small space where my furnace was. He was very gracious about the tight space he would have to work in. After diagnosing what was wrong, installing a new universal part, the furnace still didn't operate as well as it should, this after Joe even climbed on the roof outside to adjust the cover on the chimney pipe.
