The door has never closed this easily since I bought the Coach 6 years ago.

Edited: They manager did contact me after feedback and they did come out and fix the issue. I hope it holds this time. The girl that did the work was real nice and diligent. Job was not done well, after many calls and messages, manager continues to put me off, ignore me, not call back.
