I can not say enough positive things about James and his crew including Rylan and Aiden. They were friendly, professional, and very timely. We had a plumbing emergency at our school and they came through with the right equipment for the job amazingly fast.

Our vacation house was flooded from a broken pipe during the polar vortex, winter of 2019. Our first call was to Service Master of Big Rapids, MI. They came immediately and did a great job of remediation –drying the house out, removing all the destroyed materials, and inventorying the lost possessions – working under very difficult winter conditions. They put us in contact with a mold specialist who is very knowledgable and gave us first rate service and advice. And they connected us with a contractor to do the repairs and worked with him throughout the construction to track costs and prepare estimates for the insurance adjuster.
