The staff were very friendly at the Standish office. My taxes involved an in-home child care business. There is a lot involved with preparing your return for this kind of small business. They are not very knowledgeable on preparing a return for this. The owner, Robin, who is a CPA even looked it over. I knew more than her when it came to different things pertaining to an in-home child care business. I just don't have the knowledge to input it on the IRS forms. I spoke with Robin on my concerns. She refunded me my money and I took my records to a different IRS Enrolled Agent and had her amend my return for 2023.
