Excellent, timely service.
I left a message on the weekend that our a/c wasn't working.
Powell's called at 7:30 Monday morning.
Bill, the service man, was here within an hour..
Very friendly, knowledgeable, and fixed the issue within 30 minutes.

These people are absolutely amazing!! Everything and anything is fixable and they have the know how!! Every time I have called, they have shown up and almost every time it's been the same day!! They have saved my butt and my furnace and my home!!

Discovered the furnace was not working properly. They came out, diagnosed the issue, got the right part, and installed all in less than an hour.
