“The staff at the St Clair Shores office of Neil King PT is incredibly kind & caring. They are located in a mini strip mall on Mack Ave. There is free parking in front. The rooms and gym area are clean and comfortable. The physical therapists are very helpful and have explained the muscle groups each exercise is working. I went to PT a couple days ago & was having a fibromyalgia flare up. The physical therapists adjusted the intensity of that day's exercises to account for the pain level. It was great. I was still in pain, but my muscles were stretched and loosened.“
