“Miller roofing has been a very good experience for me this past weekend. It started with an honest and knowledgeable quote that was a lot better in delivery and cost than the other quotes I had received from a competitor. the start of work was within a week and on the day of the work there was issue with my roof that had the price go up due to there being more layers to remove than would have ever be expected on my flat section of roof. we discussed the extensive extra work and negotiated a very fair extension in price to get where we needed. I was very happy. later some rotted wood needed to be replaced so some additional cost that i knew up front would be needed as he quoted this very accurately. the work was done professionally and in one day. Mr. miller arrived for the final inspection at the end of the day addressed all questions and made sure the job was done to his standards he cleaned up an edge or two that he thought he could make better and he did. What a great experience. I would Highly recommend this company and will at any chance i get. thank you for a job well done!!“

“Jim, owner of Swift does not try to upsell you on bells and whistles that are not needed. He gives an honest opinion and an honest quote. He was very patient with us as we were a bit undecided on the roofing color. His crew did an entire tear off and new roof (56 squares) in 2 days, including replacing several plywood sheets and rotted fascia boards. They also did siding work and gutters for us.

We have a lot of plants around the house and they managed to avoid damaging most of them. I quoted 3 other companies, did a lot of research on material cost and his prices are very fair. Most importantly he doesn't apply a zip code tax! Referring Swift to all my co-workers.“

A few days after I approved the estimate, Greg called and wanted to come out that day because rain was expected and I had a pretty good leak. He wanted to repair it before the rain as much as I wanted it done! I really appreciate that he was concerned about it getting worse. . They respect you as a customer and your property. The estimate was reasonable. I expected it to be more. You can't see where the repair is and I didn't have leaks after the rain. Greg and Shawn are kind and friendly but professional.
