Amadio and his team are amazing!!! Started off the project messaging him from Angie’s list. He called back immediately and was over to see the job scope that same day! He worked so well with me after he quoted and the job completely changed because of city requirements for my specific job. He and his team were extremely knowledgeable and offered great ideas and executed them! Unfortunately for us he was fixing a previous contractor’s poor job on the patio. In the past I have had some really disappointing experiences with contractors. If you are like me, you expect some level of being screwed over. Whether being over charged or disappointed with the result. Some years ago I had a company from the west side tear down my deck and put in a new patio. I spent over $10,000 on this patio, and it started cracking within months. Finally it became so bad I had to find someone to replace it with a new one.

This crew was very polite and explained everything they intended to do. They spent extra time making sure the framing and rebar was squared and secured. Allowed the dirt time to settle and pack before the pour. I showed the picture of the progress to several friends of mine who work in construction and they all complemented the prep work. They waited till the perfect day to do the pour to avoid any defects in the cement due to too much heat or too much rain. The day after the pour, the owner personally cut the cement lines with the cement saw and they are flawless.
