Does not call you back at all, apparently you have to call her out on Facebook to get any kind of response from her.. She totally screwed up mine and my daughters taxes, just very unprofessional for the amount you have to pay her..

I have been dedicated to the big green corporate tax company for many years. Well, not any longer. Janet Coventry prepared my family's taxes this year and I am completely satisfied. She was prompt, personable, and quick. With three children under 3, my husband and I do not have hours to spend waiting for our taxes to be file and a price "to be determined" at the end. I was in and out of Plan B (I admittedly don't love the name) in less than one hour and paid a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Absolutely no communication skills. My taxes were filed wrong, we had to email 3 times and call 5 times just to talk to someone about it being wrong, and I still had to amend them using a different tax service. Stay away from this place.
