Dr. Eckel is kind, considerate, and thorough. She listens and hears you! Fist time appointment is a LONG wait but once you are in she takes care of you right away. Her staff messages her with your issue and depending on the situation they will fit you in when appropriate, or she will call you, or they will call you back with a solution. When you are in for an appointment she clicks along and you never wait for long even though she spends enough time with you to listen and respond. I see her and take my 2 kids as well.

I had my 1st visit after waiting almost 4 months to get in as a new patient. She is so worth the wait. Very through. I made appointment for my family as well. She very personable and doesn’t treat you like a number, and listens. I am so thankful and looking forward to stay with her as long as she’s practicing!

Dr. Eckel is a rare gem indeed. She is kind, compassionate, and a great listener. Most importantly she knows her stuff. The office is always clean and I travel 45 minutes to see Dr. Eckel as my primary care. If she was an hour away, I would still see Dr. Eckel. She is one of the best doctors in Michigan.
