“I have been a patient of Dr. Balle for almost a decade. He is TRULY one of a kind. I have never experienced just warm compassionate bed side manor from a physician. He makes eye contact, actually listens to you and offers knowledgeable and helpful information and support. I will always recommend him to others because he really is the best!!!In November of 2021, I was attacked by a dog and had to get almost 30 stitches in my face leaving me with a large and noticeable scar. Once the stitches were removed and I was healed, I immediately went to see Dr. Balle to discuss options for scar treatment. After my scar consultation, Dr. Balle offered to complete all necessary laser and other cosmetic treatments FREE OF CHARGE!!! During one of this most difficult times in my life, this was an amazing blessing. I am so grateful and appreciative of everything Dr. Balle and the amazing staff at the office have done for me. “Dr. Catherine Caretti is phenomenal and has amazing bed side manner, young, professional, and very thorough. Dr. Richard Ferrara has been practicing for well over 20 years and is very knowledgeable. He has an extensive collection of awards and magazine articles recognizing the work he’s done in the field of dermatology. There’s also the Physician Assistant John Sobotka who’s been practicing for 15+ years who has a large variety of skills such as being able to provide slecrotherapy.

Their staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable if approached with respect and kindness!

Per the office policy copays are due at the time of service which is completely reasonable.
In my opinion some people need to understand these numbers are not being “made up”, exceptional offices take the time to verify eligibility, deductibles, copay’s etc for every patients prior to appointment.

Being a specialist office it was a bit hard to get in as a new patient since there’s only 3 providers (with only one being a female) I waited approx. a month to be seen.

After being seen I couldn’t be more pleased. Dr. Caretti was discrete extremely professional and resolved my issue for me immediately.

Some days are hard. Not everyday is going to be rainbows and butterflies, be kind to your workers in healthcare!!“
