Great staff very professional
Truly glad I started coming here! I was going to the Sterling Hts location (which is also great) but decided to follow a Dr that normally works out of this office. He ended up going back to the Sterling Hts location so I started seeing Dr Max. During a cleaning appointment, Dr Max addressed all the concerns I had but also didn’t push any work being done! I had a really bad experience at another dental office (not affiliated with bright side) that caused me to have terrible anxiety. Dr Max replaced a silver filling I really disliked because it was starting to discolor the tooth and show when I smiled. Through out the process he explained everything he was doing so I didn’t have to worry. For the first time in a really long time I didn’t have to deal with the anxiety and wasn’t rushing out of there after. The girls at the front are always so nice. The hygienist and dental assistances always make me feel comfortable too! A great office to come to. I highly recommend this location.
