Never a long wait for any blood work or x rays. Staff is always competent and kind. Don't know why it has such bad ratings. Not accurate, must only be disgruntled customers leaving reviews.
I’ve been here quite a few times, the waits are always long even with appointments. The staff are friendly and the waiting room is at least clean. My most recent visit I went in knowing full well I had strep throat, I’ve had it before and I knew I had it again. They did a strep test and it came back negative, so they looked at my throat. They barely even looked before telling me I had an abscess in my throat. There was a pus streak on my tonsil, a sign of strep. They said the abscess was draining and that I had to go to the hospital because they couldn’t & wouldn’t treat it. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. Very unprofessional office staff. I'm currently here for an appointment for a lingering cough. Appointment was at 6pm. I checked in ahead of time and sat in parking lot for over 30 minutes. I then called to confirm I was supposed to wait in car. From there, the assistant was rude and essentially said to wait outside or inside waiting room. Waiting room was small so I chose to wait in lobby of building. I got in around 7pm. PA was extremely rude towards me. Clearly didn't love her job. I then wait for nurse to come in to go over symptoms. She orders a flu swab. I then waited another half hour in the "room" .... which has no door and is only enclosed by a thin fabric. Chaos ensues at the desk. Lots of yelling from employees. Clearly no one wants to work. I sit in silence, awkwardly in my room. Nurse comes back to my room and wonders why I'm still there. No one swabbed me yet.PA comes in and says they don't have time to swab me for flu, only covid. Glad I wasted my time. No communication here. No desire to work efficiently as a team. I'll be disputing any charges with my insurance if I get billed for this. No "hope you feel better" or offering any solutions for any symptoms I'm experiencing. I had to stand at the desk to ask when I'd get the results on My Chart.
