I have always felt welcomed here. They do not rush you or force you into buying the more expensive brands. They have even given me rebates when I get contacts. Was worried bc I’ve never been here before. That was all for nothing!! Kate did an absolutely amazing job. I had really grown out roots and an orange band and she perfected the seamless blonde I really wanted. She knew exactly what I was going for, and I love my hair again. Even when there was another person getting their hair done, she still chatted with me and got everything done so fast. Very very nice lady who knows exactly what she’s doing!!! Also, great prices (155 for cut and color-which is insane compared to paying $350), and super quick, (an hour and half compared to over 5 hours for the same service). I don’t see myself with another stylist any time soon :)

From the moment my mom and I walked in we were greeted with the kindest receptionist. We were offered water during our pedicure. Sam did an amazing pedicure and then Ruby gave me the best Gel -X manicure.

First time going and I felt so relaxed! I have been to a few lash/brow places but never one where the comfort was put first. Lo killed my lash lift and tint and my brows have never looked better! I love that Lo took her time to listen to what I was wanting before our session and I cannot wait to try other services provided!

After our dentist of 10 years accidentally cracked my 7 year old sons tooth- while performing an extraction, in which they were unable to complete due to lack of medication... our doctor referred us to 5 other specialists (who weren't great at all) so I decided to use her referral to find my own dentist, who was nearby! Brightside dental was the first place we called and it was our sign from God!! Thanks to Brooklyn's care and concern, right away, we felt like we were home! Brooklyn took the time out, over the phone, to address all of our concerns- to really get the full details on what was wrong/going on so when we got there, they were already prepared! Dr. Max & Dr. Elias were right there, ready to go when we arrived, it just felt like the special care and attention we needed after the whole ordeal. We knew then that we were in good hands! Unfortunately, they couldn't do what we needed but helped us get into the hospital faster so we could get the work done safely!! Thanks to the way Brightside dental handled our problem that day, they have now become our full-time family's dentisty, adding braces with them now and all!! Thanks to Brooklyn, Madison, Dr. Elias, and the team, We can actually say "YAY we're excited to go to the dentist today!!"

I drive a half hour for this dentist. These other reviews seem to come from people who are way too sensitive and care about things other than dental care. They're great, I like this spot a lot, they make the horrible experience of going to the dentist not so bad and that's a pretty big deal to me.

I have been seeing Dr. Malouf for years now and recommend him to everyone who says they need a dentist. Everyone in the office is so kind and helpful, and I truly love going in! I never used to like the dentist, of course, it's always been a little scary and painful, but I do not have that experience with Dr. Malouf at all! He always makes sure I'm comfortable and I have never once been in pain in his office! Everyone explains everything so well and it's truly a wonderful experience when I go in, every time!

Dr. Rajurs is amazing and has been my family dentist for almost 10 yrs. She is very gentle, has lot of patience and makes you very comfortable. I've been seeing Dr. Baetens for over 20 years, on and off. He is the ONLY chiropractor that I will trust with my back. He knows immediately where I am sore even before I tell him where I'm hurting. His staff is excellent, and I've never had a problem with anyone in my 20 years of going here. I recommend Dr. Baetens to anyone who is in back pain. He has kept me limber and loose because I have mild scoliosis. He reviews my X-rays with me every year. He is a competent, kind and smart doctor. He also saw my mother for her back issues and she was very pleased with him, too.
I brought my 14 year old Maltese in as a new patient with what I believed to be a respiratory infection. Blood work indicated severe liver problems, as well. The entire staff was kind, knowledgeable, and very understanding with what I was and was not able to do for my pet. The agreed upon treatment would be medication to keep her comfortable and hopefully to entice her appetite again. In the weeks of care for my dog, she has improved quite a bit on medication. If you didn’t know the blood work for her liver was bad, you wouldn’t even know my sweet, old girl had anything wrong. But, at her age and the levels of her liver function, we are aware our time with her is precious and limited. We feel like we are in very good hands with the staff and Dr. Hilton there while we continue to monitor and keep her comfortable.
I've been bringing my cat here since she was 4 months old (when I got her as a rescue) and I do not want to go anywhere else. The veterinary doctors here are very kind and knowledgeable, and they don't try to make the most money from their clients. I took my cat to a more local veterinary clinic at Nucci Veterinary Clinic's suggestion a few times and will not go back there (because Nucci was overbooked at that time). While the doctors and staff are friendly there, they really urge you to have them do a lot of expensive tests and vaccinations (mind you I already explained to them that my cat is allergic to vaccines and has gone into seizures from them in the past). The doctors at Nucci are very careful about what tests are needed and are very cost conscious for their clients.
They treat your pet like family. Quality grooming. A five star rating plus more for good measure!

My back was killing me. Called on short notice and got an appointment within the hour. The masseuse asked what type of pressure I wanted and I said hard. She heard loud and clear and was pushing almost to the point I was going to have to ask her to tone it down. She was amazing. She brought out some warm stones and incorporated that into the massage. I had originally asked for an hour but it felt so good I asked for 90 minutes instead and she said no problem. I would highly recommend this place.
