Went in to eye appointment to get new glasses and contacts. The optometrist made sure I had the correct eye glass prescription even altering my previous script and showing me that my eyes had improved. I got a trial contacts and then he adjusted that script to make it clearer also. So many glasses to pick from and they were super helpful in finding the right frame to fit my face. Really like how throughly they were in the whole process.
I went here for an eye exam and glasses and I was extremely impressed. The staff are so much more knowledgeable and helpful than any other place I have been to in BC. I’m a very indecisive person but they helped me pick out my favorite frame in just a few minutes! They were also very consistent and attentive to sanitization and other Covid preventative measures.
They meet expectations but gone are those days when that was enough. My annual eye exam appointment started 15 minutes late (not a big deal, I reminded the assistant that I was scheduled).PROS: Doctor was knowledgeable and shared a lot of good information and answered all of my questions. Staff was helpful and I ordered a pair of new prescription glasses.CONS: It takes 1.5 to 2 weeks to get a new pair of glasses! Are you serious? In the age of free 2 day prime delivery, your customers are not coming back when they have to wait 2 weeks.Recommendation: Understand how the customer preferences have changed and adapt so you don't end up closing your business.
