EXCELLENT service! I called Crooks Plumbing, and they recommended DR. DRAIN. I immediately called them and they were at my house in roughly 20-25 minutes - Literally, I think they sent a man out as we were still talking on the phone; it was that fast. Job assessment and clean up was done in a roughly 40 minutes...I couldn't ask for better service!!! The price was worth it ($185), I didn't feel like I got shafted even in my emergency event. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Early this morning we had our water softner regen into our kitchen which was a disaster. We were certain there was a clog somewhere as half the house was draining fine. We had a plumbing company refer us to DR drain given our situation. Michael from DR drain arrived at our house about 2 hours after we called for an appointment. He was kind, quick, and insightful as to how this happens and how to prevent it. I highly recommend DR drain and am very pleased with their service. What a lifesaver
