I am super ignorant about proper hair care. I'm a guy with super long waist length hair, and when I walked in it was messy, dirty, and unkempt. I hadn't had a haircut in several years and I didn't understand how to take care of it properly.
They treated me with respect and kindness and helped me out so much! The cut was perfect, they helped me figure out exactly what I wanted even if I didn't know the correct terminology. They gave me lots of advice and suggestions, and didn't try to push any products, brands of agendas on me. They were professional and friendly and very helpful and supportive!

If you're a visual/ hands-on type of learner, this is a Great place to be! Everyone, from the staffs to the instructors have such positive energy. The way they teach each chapter lessons tells me how much they care about their students success in this field. How thorough they are in each chapters and all the 'demos' they provided. We've even got to go on a field trip to a spa studio and shadow the owner giving a facial. I've learned so much that day alone. I don't have a bit of regret transferring here from TSPA Holland. I've learned more here within just a month than I did the 7 months there.
