Glad we connected with Doug on yelp. He was extremely responsive and were able to get him out to our property in spring lake on about 3-4 days notice. Doug was very professional, showed up on time and moved throughout the home carefully and thoughtfully. Doug was thorough, and tracked and recorded issues on his mobile device. He was happy to answer questions as we tagged along, but also gave a detailed verbal report to us before we left the property. Doug emailed us the 25 page report the same night as the inspection.
