Absolutely love this dojo! One of my sons joined last year, and it has transformed him! Areas of growth include self-confidence, a desire to set goals and see them through, and a healthier self-image. I am thankful we found this dojo. Sensei Jeff is awesome!
I've been training at this particular dojo for about a year now, and Sensei Jeff runs a fantastic establishment. He works with us based on our individual needs, and motivates all of us in our progress. Highly recommended.
