“I have never had a problem there sometimes waiting time is long but mostly out in a hour if on time. I have only now having problems getting ahold of anyone by phone I’ve been called for 2 days and still no answer, I’m not sure what to do about this problem.“

“I have been receiving care from Corewell (Beaumont) Southgate for 2 years and am 5 star happy with this facility. It is very convenient to have everything in one place that is not a rambling facility. The fact you can either make and appt. (preferred) or just walk into the lab makes life less stressful. I love my doctor as she takes time with me, listens to my health concerns and offers options to support. I realize that people can have different experiences at the same place; however, I've never received bad service. Could some people be more personable? Sure, but I try consider the fact that just maybe they are having a bad day, or are overwhelmed. At any rate, this facility is clean, convenient, with easy parking, and good services.“
