I can't say enough good words about the people and the work at Kinzit Technologies. Ryan, Aaron and Jake were kind, experienced and prompt in fixing our computer problems (temporarily until our equipment comes in); not speaking above our level of computer knowledge to explain the problems and solutions. I would highly recommend this business. In a world where most businesses look out for themselves, this business caters to their customers and they all are happy in what they do.
Our office has been using their service for a few years now, they have always been prompt and knowledgeable. We have had amazing outcomes with them and I am so glad my boss chose them to do our IT work!
I feel his service in IT is impeccable because he will take the time to help you and the quality of his work has exceeded my expectations. He is also an honest service rep. which I feel is a bonus too. They take the time to fit you in and fix the issue as fast as possible and Ryan and his team are wonderful and friendly people to talk to over the phone.
