“I’ve been going to Union one for three years now. I have to say it’s clean and the staff there are always friendly and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the services they offer..
I read a previous review from a mom who brought her daughter in with lice who was upset about how Lexi and management handled the situation ( I had an appointment the same day).
As a longtime client who spends a few hours every eight weeks In the salon. The last thing I would want is to find out the salon knowingly had a client with lice and did nothing about it. Kudos to Lexi as she definitely was looking out for all clients, (Not just hers). She may be on the quiet side but handled this situation as the well educated stylist she is. Also for following protocol with promptly informing the manager. The mom mentioned she herself was a hairdresser at a men’s place. So she must understand protocols like this.
I’m sorry to hear her daughter was embarrassed. But as a mom myself. I would rather find out at a salon than my child being sent home from school (kids can be mean).
The review may have only been a two star. However, I think the action and quick cleaning spoke loud in this review and is much appreciated knowing they put ALL of their clients safety serious. Another reason to love Union Hair Company and their staff!“

“Mira is absolutely wonderful inside and out. Not only does she do amazing hair, but she is so nice and welcoming. She really listens to what you want done and her attention to detail is superb. I got my hair done recently and had a lot of red tones but I wanted to go back to more of a natural color. Mira took her time to get me back to the color that I was aiming for.
