“I due like this place and the staff, but recently was charged 100.00 for canceling an appointment the morning of the appointment. The school called that morning to cancel for a snow day. So i called and canceled not nowing what to due with my 11 yr old. Did not want to leave him in lobby by himself . I did not know about charge if canceling within 48hrs of appointment and was not told when canceling nor was told that they would watch kids and have done so in past for clients. Would have went and took him if known that, but they have a small sign on wall at check out with rule to 48hr cancelation notice needed or will be charged. Its no were on ther web site or on any document that i get from them, quess that my fault for not reading everything in office. But cant give a 48hr notice when just found out my self that morning the school canceled. I payed the 100.00 fee cause i like this place but its giving bad feelings now and thinking of finding another dentist. Hope all that reads this knows that canceling after 48hours of appointment is going to cost you a 100.00. That seemed alot also. I have canceled in past for being sick the day of appointment and nothing was ever said about charges and was not charged for those canceling. They told me when i payed the 100.00 on 4/25/23 that the Dentist dropped the past charges. I am thankful for that.“
