I have never had a problem there sometimes waiting time is long but mostly out in a hour if on time. I have only now having problems getting ahold of anyone by phone I’ve been called for 2 days and still no answer, I’m not sure what to do about this problem.

They are a great staff every one is nice and loving and veryone helps you out 6 I love every one there I couldn't ask for a better staff and as you walk in they already, Her name Emily is awesome a hard worker sinerly Just a Hard worker

Absolutely love Dr. Mark Thompson, he is quick and listens to your needs. I recommend never going on a Wednesday please your appointment may be at 10 but you won’t be seen until 12 because of certain doctors, stay away from their Madison Heights Location.. it could take up to 5 hours to be seen and it’s not as nice or efficient as their Southgate office.
