The same day I received my hair in the mail I reached out to them over Instagram and asked for an exchange because the texture was not what I expected along with the ends being super dry. I was told they do not do refunds or exchanges but if I email them they may be able to help me so I emailed and did not receive a response. So I called and asked the same thing and they once again said they would reach out to me and did not. However their website states they do exchanges as long as the hair is not tampered with and they are notified within 48 hours. I shopped with them for years until this horrible experience. They do not value their customers and the money they spend with them even when you aren’t asking for a refund just a simple exchange.
